Pacific Register of Ships Comapny Structure

Pacific Register of Ships Ltd is a Papua New Guinea incorporated company.

As stated in the mission statement, the company has as one of its goals the inclusion of all stakeholders. To this end information and invitations to become share holders have been sent to all ship owners in Papua New Guinea.
 
As a result of the invitations, a number of entities have taken up the offer and PRS continues to invite interested parties to become involved.
 
At present the share holding is distributed between the Manager, representatives of several companies and the Government of Papua New Guinea.
